Our carrier will make every effort to protect your appliance and home from damage. It is your responsibility to move any ornaments, furniture etc. to enable safe access. If you are concerned about any damage to your floor it is your responsibility to put down a protective layer.

The carrier will only deliver. They will not remove doors, door frames or even windows. It is your responsibility to make sure there is a safe access passage for the appliance to be delivered.

What does Graded ‘New Other’ mean – Haier?

Our appliances are supplied direct from Haier (we are a fully authorised distributor) and have been classed as 'graded' for a number of reasons.

These particular items are classed as 'new graded' by the manufacturer and may have a small blemish or imperfection, though most of the products are blemish free.

If an item does have a blemish this is purely cosmetic and does not affect the technical performance of the item - if you have any concerns and you wish to have more detailed information on any of the items we can individually check them for marks/blemishes for you - please call us on 01422 893228. 

Graded products are classed as graded as they may have a small blemish or mark due to previous packaging damage caused by warehousing, storage or distribution issues. Additionally these items may have been a refused delivery. Each of these items comes with a Manufacturers 2 YEARS PARTS & LABOUR warranty (see individual item copy for full details)

We open and inspect each item for any marks or blemishes before we dispatch an item.
